The deposit is payable within 24 hours of booking and is non-refundable unless I cancel. However, the deposit can be applied to reschedule. I understand that life can be unpredictable, so please try to inform me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel our date. Please note that I do not tolerate no-call no-shows or ghosting and such behavior will result in being permanently ineligible to book with me in the future.
