If you need to cancel, my standard policy is as follows: If you cancel 72 hours or more prior to your appointment and have placed a deposit, 50% will be returned. If you cancel 24 hours or less prior, the full deposit will be retained. For touring appointments, if you have placed a deposit to secure a specific time/date and cancel within 5 days of your appointment, 50% of your deposit will be kept and 50% returned.Canceling with 72 hours notice or less will result in retainment of the full deposit.
