If you cancel within 4-2 hours of the appointment time, a $100 cancellation fee will be required for touring appointments. If you cancel within 2-1 hour of the appointment time for at home appointments, a $50 cancellation fee will be required. If you cancel within 45 minutes of the appointment time for at home appointments, a $100 cancellation fee will be required. Cancellation fees will be applied to rescheduled visits if rescheduled within 30 days. In the event of a no call, no show appointment, 100% of the appointment fee will be required before I will consider seeing you again and a deposit will be required for all future visits.
